1. Open Naamly on your phone, or sign in at naamly.app.

2. Go to Settings, then "Delete my account" (under Account).

3. Tap "Delete my account…", type DELETE to confirm, and tap "Delete my account".

Your account is deleted straight away. You are signed out, and the email address is free to use again.

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email team@naamly.app from the email address of your Naamly account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

We may ask you to confirm from that address, so that nobody else can delete your account.

Your sign-in (email address, and the link to Google or Apple if you used them), your profile, your swipes and Duel votes, the names you added, your notification settings, and the feedback you sent from the app.

If your partner stays in the Nest, they keep it, but the matches and the Duel you built together are cleared.

If you were the last person in your Nest, the whole Nest is deleted: its settings, matches, the Duel, family votes, reveal pages and cards, and its Duel Pass.

Purchase records: Stripe, Apple, and Google keep the record of a Duel Pass purchase for as long as the law requires. We keep no card details.

Usage events and error reports: these are linked to a random ID, not to your name or email, and are kept by our analytics and error-reporting providers for a limited period.

Emails you sent us: messages in our support inbox are kept as long as we need them to help you. Ask us at team@naamly.app and we delete them too.

Nothing else is kept. Deleting an account cannot be undone.

In the app you can change or undo any swipe (History), remove a name you added, close a family vote, and turn off usage data (Settings, Privacy).

For anything else, email team@naamly.app and tell us what to delete. We answer within 30 days.
